Meet Sarah

Age: 15
Allergic to: eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and other foods
Favorite TV shows: Friends
Loves: ballet, softball, piano

Her thoughts on food allergies: “If you have a food allergy, it is important to ALWAYS carry your epinephrine, to ALWAYS check ingredients and to not eat a food if the wrapper says it "may contain traces of ….," or was "made on equipment shared with…." if you are allergic to that food. Never take risks and if you’re not sure, don’t eat it.”
