Her thoughts on food allergies: “My advice for other teens and young adults would be to always, always, always ask questions and read labels. I have become a very inquisitive person because of my food allergies, but this method of asking questions and reading labels has helped keep me very safe. I have not had a reaction since my initial diagnosis, twelve years ago!”
