How her friends help her manage her food allergies: “My friends are excellent in helping me manage my food allergies. They know exactly what I am allergic to and how to use my EpiPen. When they don’t believe that I can have something, they read the label over and over again. My friends make sure that there is always something I can eat, wherever we go. They also help to educate others about my allergies.”
